Bill joined the B-H team after a very successful 23 year sales and sales management career with a Fortune 500 Consumer Products Company.  Bill, his wife Janet, son Brian, and daughter Dana have lived locally in South Middleton Twp. for the past 26 years.  He was born and raised in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh and moved here to the Carlisle area from Philadelphia.  He is a Vietnam Era U.S. Army Veteran and is an avid fan of all Pittsburgh area sports teams.  He spends much of his off time at his 75 acre Crawford County "hide away" located in the northwest corner of the state near Meadville.

Bill's philosophy concerning real estate sales is simple and to the point,  "Full and equal representation of all of his clients, whether they be a buyer or a seller."  " He puts his client's best interests ahead of his own.  His goal is to bring the sale to settlement as smoothly as possible and to walk away from all settlements with nothing but satisfied clients!  He does not believe in high pressure sales approaches and prefers the straight forward, no punches pulled, non candy-coated, business-like approach when dealing with his clients.

Bill also brings 30 years of knowledgable and personal experience to B-H Agency in the area of investment properties.  He and his wife have purchased, managed, and sold investment properties and currently still own and manage several properties as long-term investments.

Bill is a strong advocate of continual education.  He has committed himself to staying on top of the latest trends in the industry and keeping himself one step ahead of his competition by updating his mental well-being thru education.  It is his belief that the Real Estate Business is constantly changing and if your agent does not take the time to learn and master the changes what is he or she really offering you in terms of professional representation?  In support of his commitment to education Bill has the following to offer his clients:
